Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula 1 world champion, has been making waves off the track with his recent secret meetings at Ferrari’s headquarters. The Briton, who has been struggling to find his footing at the Italian team, has reportedly been working on documents outlining areas where Ferrari needs to improve in order to compete at the highest level.

Despite a lackluster performance in the first half of the season with no podium finishes to his name, Hamilton seems determined to turn things around. He has been grappling with issues related to the SF-25 car, including engine braking and the brakes themselves. However, recent developments suggest that progress is being made after Hamilton made adjustments to his setup inspired by teammate Charles Leclerc.

During the two-week break between races, Hamilton took the opportunity to sit down with key figures at Ferrari, including chairman John Elkann, CEO Benedetto Vigna, and team boss Fred Vasseur. The meetings reportedly revolved around the documents Hamilton had prepared, highlighting areas for improvement within the team.

In a statement to the media, Hamilton revealed, “I’ve called on lots of meetings with the heads of the team. I’ve sat with John, Benedetto, and Fred in several meetings. I’ve sent documents outlining structural adjustments that we need to make as a team to enhance our performance in various areas.”

The discussions also touched upon future developments, with Hamilton providing input on the engine for next year, as well as changes needed in the current car to address his concerns. The British driver’s meticulous approach to problem-solving and his dedication to pushing Ferrari forward have not gone unnoticed.

With the second half of the season underway, all eyes will be on Hamilton and Ferrari to see if these behind-the-scenes efforts will translate into on-track success. As the competition heats up, Hamilton’s strategic maneuvering off the track could be the key to unlocking Ferrari’s full potential and propelling him back into championship contention. Fans and critics alike will be eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this thrilling F1 saga.
