Lewis Hamilton Receives Ferrari Boost After FIA Clears Carlos Sainz – Get the Latest F1 Updates!

In a whirlwind of F1 news, developments include Ferrari’s Fred Vasseur supporting Lewis Hamilton’s resurgence at the Bahrain Grand Prix and the FIA retracting penalties against Carlos Sainz from Williams.

After a disappointing ninth-place qualifying result in Sakhir, Hamilton received a crucial “push” from Ferrari’s team principal, Fred Vasseur. With a relationship spanning two decades, Vasseur’s intervention ahead of race day seemed to have ignited a fire in Hamilton, who had publicly apologized to Ferrari over the team radio.

On the other hand, Williams’ driver Carlos Sainz faced a brief grid penalty scare for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix following his retirement in Bahrain. The FIA initially imposed a penalty, only to retract it after discovering a system failure that overlooked Sainz serving a 10-second penalty in the previous race.

Amidst the drama, Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali cast doubts on Imola’s future on the F1 calendar. With logistical challenges of holding two races in the same country each season, Imola’s place in future seasons remains uncertain, raising concerns among fans and stakeholders.

Furthermore, Sky F1 pundit Martin Brundle expressed concerns about George Russell’s future at Mercedes in light of the ongoing speculations surrounding Max Verstappen’s potential move to the team. Russell’s impressive start to the F1 2025 season, with three podium finishes in four races, has kept fans on the edge of their seats regarding his fate at Mercedes.

1997 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve added to the buzz by suggesting that George Russell could be a dark horse in the F1 2025 title race. Despite trailing behind World Championship leader Lando Norris, Russell’s performance has not gone unnoticed, with potential title contention looming on the horizon.

Stay tuned for more adrenaline-pumping updates and thrilling twists in the world of Formula 1 as the season unfolds!
