The long-awaited collaboration between Lewis Hamilton and Apple is finally about to hit the big screen. The seven-time world champion has been working on a separate cinematic project from his Formula 1 career. Starring alongside actor Brad Pitt, the film will soon be released worldwide in theaters and IMAX by Warner Bros.

The upcoming film is set in the thrilling world of Formula 1 racing and aims to showcase the excitement of this popular annual sports series. It highlights the talent and courage of the drivers, as well as the intense competition that defines Formula 1 races. The highly anticipated release date for this film is June 25, 2025, with North America receiving it on June 27. With a budget of $300 million, it is one of the most expensive films ever made.

The film, which is a collaboration between Apple Original Films and Formula 1, was shot during real races held around the world. It features the entire F1 community, including all 10 racing teams, the drivers, the FIA, and the race organizers. Additionally, a fictional eleventh team called APXGP is also included.

American actor Brad Pitt shared details about his role in the film and the involvement of his friends. In the film, Pitt portrays a 1990s F1 driver who survives a tragic accident. After the incident, the driver decides to leave the sport and pursue races in other competitions like Le Mans and Daytona.

Expressing his excitement, the 60-year-old actor conveyed his gratitude to FIA, Formula 1, and the entire team for their warm reception and support in creating this story. Pitt specially thanked the CEO of F1 for his assistance. He expressed his happiness in creating this film and extended his thanks to the entire F1 community and Lewis Hamilton for their belief and support. Fans are eagerly awaiting the film’s release in theaters to witness the excitement it promises to bring.
