The seven-time world champion was deeply angered by the cruel acts and called for an end to such inhumane actions.
The conflict between Israel and Palestine has been ongoing for many years, dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries with the rise of political Zionism and the arrival of Zionist settlers in Palestine. Currently, Israeli bombings and airstrikes have resulted in the tragic deaths of at least 37 people, many of whom sought refuge in tents outside the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.
In the face of Israel’s ruthless attack on the Rafah camps near Gaza, Lewis Hamilton expressed his support and solidarity with the Palestinians. The attack claimed the lives of several people, including innocent children and women, deeply enraging the British racing driver.
Turning to Instagram stories, Lewis Hamilton highlighted the ongoing genocide and murder of the Palestinian people, stating “enough is enough.” He emphasized the importance of not staying silent when witnessing such tragedies unfold, especially the trauma and terror experienced by innocent children.

During the Monaco Grand Prix, there was a communication failure between the Mercedes pit wall and Lewis Hamilton. This failure resulted in Hamilton not being properly informed about the criticality of the out lap after changing to new tires on the 51st lap. As a result, he missed the opportunity to undercut Max Verstappen.
In terms of performance, Lewis Hamilton currently occupies the ninth position in the drivers’ championship and has not yet secured a spot on the podium this season. The Mercedes team has also been facing difficulties and will need to improve their strategies and race pace to achieve victory and accumulate more points throughout the season.
