Lewis Hamilton descreve o Grande Prêmio de Mônaco de 2024 como uma das corridas mais chatas em sua carreira na Fórmula 1.

Lewis Hamilton conquered a seventh place in the 78-lap race.

The 2024 Monaco Grand Prix proved to be a dull and uninteresting experience for fans worldwide. Apart from a minor incident on the first lap, nothing notable happened during the race. This lack of excitement was acknowledged by the seven-time world champion.

Throughout the 78 laps of the race, the Ferrari driver remained in the lead from start to finish. There were very few position changes on the grid, resulting in widespread criticism from a significant portion of fans.

Lewis Hamilton himself described the race as one of the most boring he has ever participated in.

#MonacoGP 🇲🇨 | Lewis Hamilton after the race: “I think because of the crash, everyone switched to the other tire and just managed at a very slow pace. Definitely one of the most monotonous races I’ve been in, but that’s Monaco for you.” pic.twitter.com/qsfvpsh3CP

Judging by the reaction of the 39-year-old driver, it is evident that he was completely disinterested while navigating the 3.3 km track during the 78-lap race. Hamilton was not the only one who found the race uninteresting; the world champion also shared the feeling that it was a total bore.

Hamilton’s performance in the Monaco GP was disappointing, resulting in a seventh place finish. He was unable to make a significant impact for several reasons. Although the event has concluded, Hamilton does not have high hopes for the upcoming Canadian GP.

He believes there is little excitement surrounding the race at the renowned Gille-Villeneuve racing circuit.

One of the main factors contributing to this response may be the poor performance of the W15 car. Compared to teams like McLaren, Ferrari, and Red Bull, the Brackley-based team is significantly behind. After the recent Monaco event, the team remains in fourth place with 96 points in the championship, but is even further behind McLaren’s Formula 1 team (184).
