Leapmotor apresenta o novo elétrico B05

Leapmotor is celebrating the world premiere of the B05 at the Munich Motor Show, which started this Monday and runs until the 14th.

The new B05 is a hatchback for the C segment with a sporty style, designed for the new generations of urban trendsetters.

With a length of 4,430 mm, a width of 1,880 mm, a height of 1,520 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,735 mm, the B05 is designed to offer performance and personality, featuring a sleek and muscular silhouette inspired by Leapmotor’s “Tech-Nature Aesthetic,” creating a visual language that is both futuristic and rooted in urban style.

Among the technical innovations, the B05 features frameless doors that reflect its athletic DNA, combined with 19’’ Swift-Wing alloy wheels that draw attention as it passes by. With a shoulder width of 1,880 mm, the widest in its segment, the Leapmotor B05 offers a bold stance and spacious comfort.

“The B05 is more than just a car — it is a statement. It reflects our commitment to innovation, accessibility, and empowering the next generation of drivers across Europe and beyond.”, said Zhu Jiangming, global CEO of Leapmotor.

The Chinese brand has not yet announced details about the engine, battery, or other specifications. However, according to the British “Autocar,” the new model will adopt the technology from the compact SUV B10, based on the same Leap 3.5 platform.
The B05 will be offered with front-wheel drive of 218 hp and two LFP batteries with storage capacities of 56.2 and 67.1 kWh, respectively. The maximum range is expected to be slightly higher than the 434 km of the B10.

The interior is also expected to be inspired by the electric B10 and should feature an 8.8’’ instrument panel and a 14.6’’ touchscreen for the infotainment system. The new electric compact B05 from Leapmotor is expected to hit the market in early 2026.
