Leapmotor International, a joint venture with a 51%/49% ratio led by Stellantis, is considering the possibility of producing the electric SUV B10 in Spain.
According to “Reuters,” the brand, which aims to accelerate and increase sales of high-tech products and new energy solutions in various European markets, is looking for a location in Europe to produce the new model that will be unveiled in Europe in September.

The same source indicates that Leapmotor International, in addition to Spain, is also considering Stellantis factories in Germany and Slovakia.
It is worth noting that Leapmotor and Stellantis abandoned the initial plan to produce the B10 in Poland, which, according to “Reuters,” was due to indications from the Beijing government for Chinese brands to halt planned investments in European countries that supported the imposition of extra tariffs on electric vehicles manufactured in China.
Although a final decision has not yet been made, it is already known that the company aims to start mass production of the new 100% electric model in Europe in the first quarter of 2026.

Remember that Leapmotor will make its debut in the national market next April with two models, the T03, a 100% electric compact city car with 5 doors from segment A, offering a range of 265 km and the interior space of a segment B model.

In addition to this small model, Leapmotor is also launching the C10, a premium electric SUV from segment D, which promises the best safety standards in its class, a top-notch and intelligent driving and usage experience, and a range of 420 km.
