Hello World!

Welcome to my webpage

Icon of design Adrian Newey confirmed his departure from the Formula 1 team Red Bull, with the question of when he will leave answered, but what he will do next is still unknown. Newey, who has an impressive career in the sport, will leave Red Bull Racing in the first quarter of 2025. It is speculated that he may join a rival team, such as Ferrari or Aston Martin. This marks the end of his nearly 20-year association with Red Bull, which began in 2006 when he joined McLaren. Newey’s departure seems to be amicable, with assistance from former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan. He will continue to support Red Bull until the end of 2024, attending specific races and overseeing the completion of the hypercar RB17 designed by Newey. Newey has expressed his desire for new challenges and believes that now is the right time to pass the baton to others. His departure in early 2025 indicates that he will be available to contribute to a new F1 project in 2026. Although Red Bull has made efforts to accommodate Newey’s involvement over the years, changes in the technical structure have led to his decision to leave. Newey expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of a recent controversy involving team boss Christian Horner. Additionally, internal power struggles within Red Bull have been publicly exposed, further contributing to Newey’s decision to depart. Although he has not retired, Newey’s possible move to a rival team has sparked speculation. Ferrari seems to be the most attractive option for him, as he has already expressed interest in working for the Maranello team. The timing of his possible move is uncertain, but April 2025 seems likely based on Red Bull’s announcement. However, if Newey decides to retire or seek a challenge outside of F1, the timeline becomes irrelevant. Newey’s departure may have a negative impact on Red Bull, as he is a highly respected figure within the organization. This could demotivate and destabilize other team members, and rival teams may see this as an opportunity to exploit Red Bull’s leadership struggles. Despite any potential internal doubts about Newey’s contribution, Red Bull would likely prefer him to be pursuing other ventures rather than competing against them in rival colors.
