Lando Norris apoia Fernando Alonso em relação ao acidente de George Russell em Melbourne, afirmando que Russell ‘deveria ter antecipado’.

There has been much discussion among prominent figures in the F1 community about George Russell’s accident during the Australian GP. Fernando Alonso, George Russell, and Lando Norris shared their thoughts on the incident. Alonso received a 20-second penalty from the FIA for his role in the accident, but the McLaren representative believes the penalty was unwarranted. They argue that Russell had enough time to react and avoid the collision. Norris also expressed his support for Alonso, stating that Russell, as an experienced driver, should have been able to handle the situation better. Despite the tension caused by the incident, Russell and Alonso maintain a respectful relationship off the track. They have put the accident behind them and are focused on the Japanese GP.
