Lando Norris, the once-promising F1 driver, is facing the risk of being shunned by top teams due to a series of underwhelming performances, with Ralf Schumacher issuing a stern warning about his future in the sport.

Norris, who started the Saudi Arabian GP in 10th place, managed to claw his way up to finish fourth. However, his season has been marred by a string of errors that have allowed his teammate, Oscar Piastri, to steal the spotlight and the championship lead.

Schumacher, a seasoned F1 pundit, raised concerns about Norris’ ability to handle pressure, pointing to his recent mistakes as potential indicators of a deeper issue. “You know how it is in the paddock; once they think that you’re a rubbish driver or not mentally strong enough to become world champion, then of course, you no longer have access to the other top teams,” Schumacher warned.

Despite Norris’ early success in the 2025 season, including a win at the season opener in Australia, his performance has been inconsistent, casting doubt on his future prospects in Formula 1. Schumacher emphasized the importance of Norris regaining his form quickly if he hopes to salvage his reputation and secure a place among the elite teams in the sport.

As the competition heats up and the pressure mounts, Norris will need to prove his critics wrong and demonstrate his resilience on the track. The clock is ticking for the young driver to turn his season around and show that he has what it takes to compete at the highest level of motorsport.
