Lando Norris admits he must find a way to manage self-criticism following Guenther Steiner’s harsh comments

Lando Norris, a professional race car driver, has been delivering impressive performances in recent races due to the exceptional speed of his McLaren car this season. The 24-year-old consistently earns points during race weekends, which has helped him make progress in the championship standings. However, in the past few races, Norris has made multiple mistakes that have prevented him from achieving another victory. As a result, he has been highly critical of his own performance. Norris believes that it is important to find a middle ground between self-criticism and self-appreciation.

After recent races, Lando Norris has come to realize that he needs to adjust his level of self-criticism. This realization comes after receiving criticism from the former Haas Team Principal. While he understands the importance of being self-critical, Norris also acknowledges the need for balance. He believes that it is crucial not to be too easy on oneself, as striving for improvement is essential. Therefore, he believes that he should take a more balanced approach when evaluating his performances.

Lando Norris has expressed his intention to be less hard on himself, but he does not want to become too lenient either. He believes that finding the right balance of self-criticism is a personal decision that each individual must make for themselves. Norris values the advice from experienced individuals and takes their input seriously when it comes to improving his performance on the racetrack. Therefore, he understands that managing self-criticism and personal growth is a journey that he must navigate on his own.

Norris emphasizes that he feels no sense of joy when he finishes a race and is forced to smile, knowing that his performance was subpar. He believes that smiling or pretending to be happy after a poor performance is meaningless. While he understands the importance of creating a positive image for television and the media, Norris does not concern himself with how others perceive his reactions. For him, what truly matters is performing better in races, and everything else is irrelevant.

Lando Norris firmly states that he would never feel happy or satisfied if the race did not go well for his team. He values actual performance over the opinions and reactions of others. Fans are hopeful that the upcoming races will allow the 26-year-old to score strong points for his team and close the gap in the constructors’ championship.
