Lando Norris acusa Max Verstappen de colocar a McLaren em desvantagem para o Grande Prêmio da Grã-Bretanha após acidente em Spielberg resultar em seu carro completamente destruído.

Lando Norris stayed in second place before his collision with Max Verstappen. Verstappen and Norris were competing for a remarkable victory in the 2024 Austrian GP until they made contact at the end of the race. The impact was so significant that Verstappen had to retire after going to the pits.

This incident left Lando Norris very upset, especially because he believes that Max Verstappen put his team at a disadvantage for the British GP. Norris’ MCL38 suffered extensive damage as a result of the accident with Verstappen.

In addition, Norris expressed his anger during the post-race interviews. Through his strong reaction, he made it clear that his team will face challenges repairing his car while adhering to budget restrictions. Norris truly believes that Verstappen put the Woking-based team at a significant disadvantage for the race at Silverstone.

Although Norris highlighted the impact of his collision with Verstappen on his team, he also acknowledged that he expected fair competition from the Dutch driver. Despite the contact, the reigning world champion managed to finish the race in fifth place.

Lando Norris suffered a substantial loss of points in the Austrian GP. Additionally, he is frustrated with the lack of action taken by race officials during his and Verstappen’s frequent clashes.

With the British GP just a few days away, it will be intriguing to observe how Verstappen and Norris interact on the track. If these two exceptional drivers find themselves starting the race in close proximity to each other, there may be intense moments.
