Lance Stroll Set to Roar Back to the Track at F1 Canada Grand Prix
Aston Martin’s very own Lance Stroll is gearing up for a triumphant return to the Formula 1 scene at his homeland’s Canadian Grand Prix. The racing star faced a setback due to a hand injury but has undergone successful treatment, paving the way for his anticipated comeback in Montreal.
Stroll, who had to bow out of the Spanish GP recently due to excruciating hand pain, underwent a surgical procedure to address the issue stemming from a previous wrist fracture from a cycling accident two years ago. Following a test run in an older F1 model at the Paul Ricard circuit in France, Stroll has been given the green light to hit the track once again this weekend.
Aston Martin expressed their delight at Stroll’s recovery, stating, “We are pleased to confirm that Lance Stroll will be back with the team competing in Montreal this weekend.” The team further added, “Lance is feeling fit and healthy, and is excited to compete in front of his home crowd.”
The resilient driver himself, Lance Stroll, shared his enthusiasm, saying, “I am excited to get back behind the wheel with the team for my home Grand Prix this weekend. I was always going to fight hard to be ready to race in front of the Montreal crowd. I’m feeling good after my procedure and put some laps in at Paul Ricard this week to prepare.”
Fans and enthusiasts alike are on the edge of their seats, eager to witness Stroll’s much-anticipated return to the fast-paced world of Formula 1. Stay tuned for more updates as the action unfolds on the track!
