Lamborghini distinguida como a empresa mais atrativa para trabalhar em Itália

Automobili Lamborghini has been awarded the Randstad Employer Brand 2025 award, achieving first place in the automotive sector among the most attractive employers in Italy.

The analysis involved the participation of 171,000 people and 6,400 companies across 34 countries. In Italy, opinions were gathered from more than 7,500 people (employed and unemployed), assessing the perceived attractiveness of 150 potential employers, with Lamborghini leading the automotive sector ranking, distinguished by the company’s ability to offer a work environment where well-being, inclusion, and quality of life translate into a concrete competitive advantage.

In a job market increasingly attentive to values such as sustainability, work-life balance, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion, the company from Sant’Agata Bolognese stands out for a people-centered and future-oriented model that combines innovation with care for the well-being of employees.

“This is an award that values the daily effort we make to create an environment where our colleagues can develop their full potential. The Randstad Employer Brand encourages us to do even more to ensure a workplace where people’s happiness is always the top priority.”, stated Umberto Tossini, Chief People, Culture and Organization Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, in a statement.

Automobili Lamborghini currently has more than 3,000 employees and produces over 10,000 cars annually, at its headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
