Kyle Larson has no problem with Denny Hamlin in the midst of their rivalry discussion.

The veteran driver from Joe Gibbs Racing and the driver from Hendrick Motorsports have a unique relationship both on and off the track. While they are close friends away from the racing circuit, they become fierce competitors when they are on it. Throughout the 2024 season, they have had numerous confrontations while fighting for victories.

Recently, the two drivers engaged in a debate about their rivalry. Denny Hamlin initiated the conversation by stating that he doesn’t believe there is any rivalry between them. In response, the 2021 Cup champion expressed his disagreement, stating that he cannot fully agree with Hamlin’s point. Hamlin then acknowledged that they might indeed have a rivalry. Now, the Hendrick Motorsports driver has made another comment regarding this matter.

Kyle Larson emphasized that during the race at Nashville, he and Hamlin had a respectful competition, which indicates that their supposed rivalry is now in the past. He highlighted that they currently have no issues between them and he is ready to move forward. The only thing he asks of Hamlin is to show him a bit more respect and give him some space during their duels.

The driver from Hendrick Motorsports stated that he and Hamlin will continue to battle for wins together many more times. Despite their previous clashes, he expressed that he enjoyed being in the fight with Hamlin. He also mentioned that he is prepared to move on and have more fun competing against the star driver from Joe Gibbs Racing.

Moving on from their conflicts won’t be easy for the duo, as they will inevitably find themselves in close battles for victories again. It will be intriguing to see how their competitions unfold as the season progresses.
