Kyle Busch culpa simuladores pelas recentes dificuldades da RCR.

Kyle Busch has been falling behind in recent races, struggling to secure a win and falling short of being a contender. Despite a promising rookie season with Richard Childress Racing (RCR), where he secured three victories, Busch’s performance has declined. In 2024, he was hoping for a fresh start, but things only got worse for him.

The No. 8 team has yet to win a race this season and has not been competitive in any of the races. With only one podium and an average finishing position of 16.625, Busch’s performance has been lacking. Especially on short track race weeks, where they were historically successful, the team has faced significant challenges. Busch attributes this decline to the inadequate simulators at RCR.

In the current racing landscape, simulator training is crucial for drivers to prepare for race weekends. If there are limitations with the simulator, this can negatively impact the driver’s performance week after week. Therefore, it is imperative that RCR resolves the issues with their simulators and regains their star driver’s speed.

Pit stop teams and crew chiefs are indispensable in motorsports. However, Busch and his teammate have been facing issues since the beginning of the season, resulting in ruined races. This has put pressure on RCR management, leading to changes in pit stop teams for both drivers.

The RCR vice president emphasized the need for these changes to improve performance on the track. As a result, Busch now has an additional helper to deal with issues during pit stops, while his teammate Dillon has a new crew chief in the person of [name].

Currently, Busch is in 15th place in the standings and will need extraordinary performances in the upcoming races to earn valuable points and secure his spot in the playoffs. However, there is still a long way to go before the end of the regular season, and the championship is up for grabs for all drivers.
