Kia has revealed that the Kia Charge application already has more than 100,000 users, a number reached since its launch in Europe alongside the EV6 in September 2021.
Currently, Kia Charge offers access to over 700,000 electric charging points in 28 countries across Europe, and the South Korean brand added that Kia Charge users have already completed over 2 million charging sessions with their card or through the Kia Charge app.
The Kia Charge service is part of the company’s strategy to make electric mobility more accessible to a larger number of drivers. Ensuring that Kia customers receive the best technology and services, with the aim of simplifying and improving their journeys in electric vehicles.
“The growing popularity of Kia Charge is proof that the established concept of a single contract is exactly what customers need, helping them to easily access charging stations”, said Martin Enthofer, Director of Strategy and Customer Experience Solutions at Kia Europe.
