Kevin Harvick explica a diferença entre o talentoso Kyle Larson e o dedicado William Byron.

William Byron reached his highest number of wins in a single season last year, winning six races. In comparison, Kyle Larson emerged victorious in four events.

Hendrick Motorsports has always been known for its championship teams and consistent drivers. Over the years, they have provided cars for renowned drivers like [removed names]. Currently, they have one of the strongest lineups, featuring former Cup champions like [removed names], as well as notable stars like [removed names].

Willaim Byron and Kyle Larson have proven to be the most reliable drivers at HMS and in the Cup garage. There have been ongoing debates about who is the better driver between the two, but these discussions often reach a stalemate due to their similar records in most metrics over the past two seasons. Now, former Cup champion [removed name] has shared his perspective on the rivalry within the team and the differences between the two drivers through his podcast.

Hendrick Motorsports has already won half of the races held at the peak of racing this season. Their success has been greatly influenced by William Byron, who became the first repeat winner of 2024 at COTA, and Kyle Larson, who emerged victorious in Las Vegas. The team still has several races remaining in the 2024 season to conquer.

Byron set the tone for the upcoming races by winning the first stage of the season. He continued his winning streak by triumphing at COTA and now carries the momentum into the upcoming races in Richmond and Martinville.

However, the recent race winner has a different perspective on his chances at the upcoming tracks. He believes that short tracks are his weakness, as evidenced by his disappointing 35th place finish at Bristol two weeks ago.

“I feel like kind of floating. Currently, we are on a positive streak in terms of victories. However, I also aim to do better on off days. I am constantly working to improve my performance every week, analyzing those days where I can progress, like last week in Bristol. But overall, I feel like we are experiencing more highs than lows right now. We just need to keep that momentum,” he stated.

Despite his not so impressive track record on such circuits, the 26-year-old driver intends to go with the flow, as mentioned. Furthermore, he aims to secure a spot among the top contenders to continue his dominant form in the upcoming races.
