Kevin Harvick critica fãs por constantes reclamações sobre transmissão da NASCAR na Fox.

Kevin Harvick doesn’t seem impressed with the negative reaction Fox is receiving online for its coverage of NASCAR. The introduction of Next-Gen cars has brought more excitement to the sport, with tighter battles and frequent incidents. This has put Fox and NBC, the broadcasters, in a challenging position as they struggle to cover everything fans want. Fox, in particular, has faced significant criticism for missing crucial moments on the track.

Last year, Fox Sports made headlines by hiring the 2014 NASCAR Cup champion as a new presenter starting from the 2024 season. The intention behind this move was to enhance its coverage and make it more engaging and comprehensive. Although the decision had some positive impact, it did not completely silence the fans’ criticisms.

Recently, the future Hall of Famer addressed the criticisms on his podcast, Happy Hours, and shared his perspective. Harvick defended Fox by acknowledging the impossibility of capturing every event during a race. He emphasized that they have consistently covered the major happenings on the track.

Additionally, Harvick also addressed the controversies surrounding the race at Martinsville last week, where Fox failed to broadcast the incident on the final lap involving prominent drivers. He reminded critics that William Byron, one of the drivers, won the race, making it a special night for HMS. Therefore, it was fair that they received more airtime.

Harvick’s insights shed light on the challenges Fox faces in covering all the action on the track. However, it is crucial for the broadcaster to listen to fans and utilize their resources more effectively to provide better NASCAR coverage.
