Porsche’s Kevin Estre Dominates Le Mans Race with Under 14 Hours Remaining

In a nail-biting battle at Le Mans, Kevin Estre is leading the pack for Porsche, fiercely competing against the three Ferrari 499Ps in the race.
Behind the wheel of the #6 Porsche, Estre is currently holding off the #83 AF Corse Ferrari driven by Robert Kubica. The intensity is palpable as these top drivers push their limits in pursuit of victory.

Not far behind, Brendon Hartley in the #8 Toyota GR010 Hybrid is making his presence known in third place. With Kubica trailing Hartley by just half a minute, and Hartley himself lagging by another half a minute, the competition is fierce and every second counts.
Earlier in the race, Ferrari had a strong 1-2-3 lead during the daytime, but as darkness descended and temperatures dropped, Porsche seized the opportunity to showcase their prowess.

While Porsche is opting for 13-lap stints with the #6 car, Ferrari is mixing it up with 12-lap stints across their three cars. A minor setback hit Porsche when Estre had to pit after just four laps due to a slow puncture, adding an extra layer of drama to the already intense race.
In a surprising turn of events, Antonio Fuoco is currently in fourth place in the leading factory Ferrari #50, trailing by a minute and 20 seconds. Meanwhile, Antonio Giovinazzi in the #51 Ferrari faced setbacks with penalties, dropping him to seventh place and emphasizing the cutthroat nature of the competition.
The #4 Porsche driven by Nick Tandy and the #20 BMW M Hybrid V8 piloted by Robin Frijns are holding fifth and sixth place, respectively, just two minutes behind the leader. Giovinazzi trails Frijns by an additional 17 seconds, highlighting the tight race unfolding at Le Mans.

Over in the LMP2 category, Franck Perera in the #48 VDS Panis Oreca continues to dominate, with Maceo Capietto in the #9 Iron Lynx – Proton trailing a lap behind. Tom Dillmann in the #43 Inter Europol Oreca is in third place, 30 seconds off the pace set by Capietto.
In the LMGT3 class, Alessio Rovera in the #21 AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3 is leading the pack, closely followed by Ahmad Al Harthy in the #46 WRT BMW M4 GT3. Ricardo Pera in the #92 Manthey 1st Phorm Porsche 911 GT3 R is currently holding the third spot in class.

The adrenaline is high, the competition is fierce, and as the clock ticks down with under 14 hours to go, every move on the track is crucial. Stay tuned as the drama unfolds at one of the most prestigious races in the world – Le Mans.
