Jos Verstappen and Christian Horner had a major dispute during the Bahrain GP. The issues surrounding the Red Bull Racing CEO are causing division among people, according to Jos Verstappen, father of the current Formula 1 champion. Horner was accused of inappropriate behavior by an employee, leading to an external investigation. After the investigation concluded, Bull GmbH, the company that owns Red Bull Racing, confirmed that Horner was not guilty of the accusations.

On February 29, a link to a Google Drive folder supposedly containing WhatsApp conversations between Horner and the employee was anonymously sent to several journalists. The authenticity of the leaked images has not been confirmed or denied by Horner, Red Bull, or F1. In a recent interview, Jos Verstappen revealed how his son, Max Verstappen, reacted to the leak.

Max Verstappen has been with Red Bull Racing since 2016, and Christian Horner played a significant role in his rise as an F1 star. It was interesting to see that Verstappen did not publicly respond to the controversy involving Horner. A representative from Red Bull stated that there is unity within the team amidst the chaos. However, Verstappen’s silence suggests he is uncertain about supporting Horner.

Christian Horner, head of Red Bull Formula 1, is determined not to let his team and family suffer because of the motives of those who want to bring him down. Despite an independent investigation rejecting the accusation made by an employee against him, Horner remains at the center of controversy in Formula 1. Led by an external lawyer, the controversy continues.

Although their intentions are not yet clear, recent events indicate that there are groups trying to remove Horner from his position as team principal, a role he has held since 2005. However, Horner remains steadfast and declares that he will not be swayed by the pressure to remove him, despite being aware of it.

On the day of the Bahrain Grand Prix race, Horner received strong public support. He made a point of entering the paddock with his wife Geri Halliwell and was seen on the starting grid holding hands with Red Bull’s majority owner Chalerm Yoovidhya. This demonstrates Horner’s unwavering dedication to achieving the team’s goals for 2024. Despite the controversy, it is evident that Red Bull is consistently winning races due to Horner’s role in the team.
