Jeep recently revealed the first images of the Cherokee that will hit the market next year, and now has released a new teaser showing the rear image of the new generation of the SUV.
Visually, the rear of the new Cherokee maintains the square design theme of the front section revealed in the first images, with horizontally positioned taillights featuring a frame and piano black inserts.
Although Jeep has not yet revealed the dimensions of the new generation Cherokee, nor the engine options, it is known that the SUV will be based on Stellantis’ STLA Large architecture and is expected to offer a variety of engine options.
Jeep has already confirmed a hybrid version, but everything suggests that the new generation of this iconic Jeep model will also feature gasoline versions and a 100% electric variant, with the latter potentially adopting two electric motors, all-wheel drive, and a combined power of around 600 hp, a similar engine configuration to that used in the Wagoneer S.
Promising to honor the history of one of the brand’s most charismatic models, the new Jeep Cherokee will be officially launched at the end of this year and will start being sold in 2026.
