Former Formula 1 champion, Jacques Villeneuve, has thrown shade at McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, claiming that while Norris may have the speed, Piastri is outplaying him in the game. The aftermath of the clash between the McLaren teammates at the Canadian Grand Prix continues to spark debates and speculations as the Austrian Grand Prix approaches this weekend.

Villeneuve’s assessment highlights Piastri’s strategic prowess, suggesting that the young driver’s cunning tactics could potentially lead him to championship victory. Despite Norris’ undeniable pace on the track, it seems that Piastri’s calculated approach is giving him an edge in the standings.

As the Formula 1 season progresses and the tension between the McLaren drivers simmers, all eyes will be on Spielberg to see how the rivalry unfolds on the track. With Piastri currently leading Norris by 22 points in the championship standings, their competition is heating up, promising an exciting battle for supremacy in the races to come.
