Lewis Hamilton’s Future at Ferrari Questioned by Formula E Champion

The Formula 1 world is abuzz with doubts and speculation about Lewis Hamilton’s performance at Ferrari, with Formula E champion Lucas di Grassi raising eyebrows with his comments on the seven-time F1 champion’s ability to succeed with the Italian team this year.

Despite high expectations for Hamilton’s move to Ferrari and hopes of a resurgence for the team, the Briton has struggled to make a mark, with his best result so far being a sprint race win in China. Di Grassi has called into question Hamilton’s hunger for victory and willingness to make sacrifices to achieve success with the Scuderia.

Di Grassi pointed out that Hamilton’s age could be a significant factor in his performance, suggesting that the 40-year-old may need to rediscover the same level of determination and hunger he had when he was chasing his first championship. The Formula E champion emphasized the importance of commitment and sacrifice in Formula 1, insinuating that Hamilton may need to reassess his priorities and dedicate more time to improving his performance with Ferrari.

While acknowledging Hamilton’s illustrious career and racing prowess, Di Grassi also highlighted the challenges the British driver is facing in adapting to the demands of his new team. Despite Hamilton’s track record and talent, Di Grassi believes that the technical demands of the SF-25 car are pushing Hamilton to his limits, and he may need to dig deeper to find the competitive edge he is known for.

As Hamilton navigates the challenges at Ferrari, the pressure is on the team to deliver a car that can match his skills and elevate his performance on the track. With the 2025 season still in its early stages, there is hope that Ferrari can make significant strides in development to support Hamilton’s quest for success.

The Formula 1 community remains divided on Hamilton’s prospects at Ferrari, with many optimistic that the champion driver will overcome the obstacles in his path. As the season unfolds, all eyes will be on Hamilton and Ferrari to see if they can turn the tide and reignite the spark that made Hamilton a racing legend.

In the high-stakes world of Formula 1, every decision and move is scrutinized, and Hamilton’s future at Ferrari hangs in the balance. Will he rise to the challenge and prove his critics wrong, or will the doubts surrounding his performance continue to linger? Only time will tell as the drama unfolds on the track.
