Hyundai has launched its first “Brand Space” on Amazon, aiming to reinvent digital interaction and customer focus.
The new Hyundai digital space within the Amazon store offers customers, all in one place, the opportunity to learn more about Hyundai and engage with content related to the brand’s history and heritage, technological advancements, and commitment to sustainability.
With the new “Brand Space,” Hyundai aims to introduce itself to new audiences and raise awareness among Amazon customers, interacting with them in a familiar environment.
Germany was the first country to launch Hyundai’s “Brand Space” on the local Amazon page. “Our collaboration with Amazon reflects Hyundai’s strong commitment to meeting the demands of customers in a familiar environment”, says Andreas-Christoph Hofmann, Vice President of Marketing, Product, and Public Relations at Hyundai. “By leveraging Amazon’s reach and the trust customers have in the store, we are bringing Hyundai directly to customers’ fingertips, offering them the opportunity to learn about our brand and vision, and directing them to our local websites for more product details.”
