Hispano Suiza has revealed that it will present the new Sagrera, the new version of the electric hypercar Carmen, which pays tribute to the company’s 120th anniversary on June 13.
Sagrera is the name of the new 100% electric model from the brand, a reference to Hispano Suiza’s roots in the neighborhood of the same name in Barcelona, an area recognized for its industrial activity in 1911, where the company installed its first major factory, coinciding with an increase in production.
Little is known about this evolution of the Carmen, which will incorporate a 103 kW battery that is already being tested in the Carmen Boulogne, and will represent a significant evolution in terms of aerodynamics and interior design.
The brand has already announced that the new Sagrera will complement the Carmen range, which includes the Carmen launched in 2019 and the Carmen Boulogne. In total, the brand has produced 24 exclusive and limited units.
