Get ready for a scorching showdown at the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix as teams and drivers brace for extreme weather conditions in the desert oasis. The Bahrain International Circuit is set to sizzle with high temperatures and humidity, promising a challenging race for all contenders.

Following the nail-biting Japanese Grand Prix, where Max Verstappen claimed victory, the momentum now shifts to Bahrain for the next leg of the season’s first triple-header. Verstappen’s stellar performance in Suzuka catapulted him to the top of the podium, flanked by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

As the 2025 Bahrain Grand Prix approaches, here’s a breakdown of the weather forecast for the adrenaline-fueled weekend:

Friday, 11 April:
Practice 1: 14:30 – 15:30 local time
Practice 2: 18:00 – 19:00 local time
Day one of free practice will see scorching temperatures of 32°C with 45% humidity, while NNW winds blow between 10 and 20 mph. As the sun sets at 17:59, Practice 2 will illuminate the track under the dazzling lights of the Bahrain International Circuit. Overnight, humidity is expected to rise to 69%, with a slight increase in the chance of rain from 3% to 5%.

Saturday, 12 April:
Practice 3: 15:30 – 16:30 local time
Qualifying: 19:00 – 20:00 local time
Similar conditions to Friday are anticipated, with temperatures peaking at 33°C and humidity at 46% during the day, climbing to 67% at night. Northern winds will maintain speeds between 10 and 20 mph as the sun sets. The qualifying day poses minimal threat of rain, with only a 3-4% chance of precipitation.

Sunday, 13 April:
Grand Prix: 18:00 local time
Race day will witness clear skies and a high of 31°C, with humidity slightly higher than previous days at 51% during the day and 65% at night. The race will kick off at 6 p.m. local time as the desert landscape basks in the twilight.
