Helmut Marko fala sobre a briga entre Christian Horner e Jos Verstappen.

The focus of Red Bull was not on the tensions between Christian Horner and Jos Verstappen, as claimed by Helmut Marko. The Dutchman accused Horner of trying to prevent him from participating in a legends parade and of preventing people from taking photos and videos of the event. Marko, when asked about the incident, stated that the team’s main priority was dealing with the challenges they were already facing. Recently, McLaren has posed a greater challenge for Red Bull, with Lando Norris putting pressure on Verstappen during the races.

Marko believed that the issue between Horner and Verstappen was a private matter and that trivial matters like a show should not be the focus. He emphasized that the most important thing was Verstappen’s presence and participation in the main race. Marko stressed that the race itself should take priority over conflicts of this nature.

Expressing satisfaction for securing pole position in the sprint qualifying, Marko was pleased with the team’s performance. He noted that the car was well balanced from the start and Verstappen executed his lap perfectly. Marko highlighted that the success in securing the top starting position for the race was the result of a smooth execution during the session.

Marko acknowledged that Sergio Perez faced some unlucky issues and pointed out that Esteban Ocon seemed to be off pace, which could have given Perez an even bigger advantage. Despite these challenges, Marko expressed overall satisfaction with the results, considering it a good outcome for the team.

The team’s performance in the sprint qualifying left Marko very happy. He believed that the car was performing well and hoped it wouldn’t cause any issues during the Grand Prix. Fans are eagerly anticipating Verstappen’s return to action and hope to see him dominate at the Red Bull Ring, which is the team’s home race.
