In a heart-stopping race at Miami, Racing Bulls fall just short of the top 10 by a tenth!

The high-octane drama unfolded on the tracks of Miami, where the Faenza racing team faced a rollercoaster of emotions. With Yuki Tsunoda receiving a five-second penalty for speeding in the pit-lane, Isack Hadjar from Racing Bulls had a glimmer of hope to break into the points zone. However, despite a valiant effort from the French driver, his endeavors went unrewarded by the end of the race. Meanwhile, Liam Lawson found himself in another collision, this time with Jack Doohan at Turn 1, adding to the team’s challenges.

Isack Hadjar expressed his disappointment, stating, “I am not very satisfied with my driving because it seems to me that I made some mistakes here and there, and in the end, I think this cost me the top-10.” He lamented losing a point by a mere tenth of a second but remains optimistic for the upcoming race at Imola, drawing confidence from his familiarity with the track and past victories in F2.

On the other hand, Liam Lawson reflected on the race, saying, “The start was very good. There was a big gap at the first corner, so I went in and followed the car ahead, but then I felt a side impact.” Despite sustaining significant damage, Lawson tried to soldier on in case of rain, which never materialized. He praised the team for their excellent work throughout the weekend and acknowledged the speed of the car.

As the dust settles on the Miami race, Racing Bulls are gearing up for the challenges that lie ahead, determined to turn their near misses into podium triumphs in the races to come.
