Hamilton’s Fury: Shocking 10-Second Penalty Sparks Outrage Over FIA’s ‘Two Standards’ in F1!

Lewis Hamilton’s Fiery Outburst Against FIA: “Two Standards at Play!”

In a dramatic turn of events at the Mexican Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton has unleashed a scathing critique of the FIA, expressing his profound disappointment over what he claims to be a glaring inconsistency in race penalties. After finishing in a frustrating eighth place, Hamilton’s post-race comments have sent shockwaves through the motorsport community, igniting debates about fairness and accountability in Formula 1.

The seven-time world champion was dealt a harsh 10-second penalty during the race, a punishment that many believe unjustly marred his performance. While Hamilton was initially in a promising second position after a strong start, the chaos ensued when both Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen made controversial track cuts that raised eyebrows. Leclerc ultimately finished in second place while Verstappen managed to secure fourth, leading Hamilton to question why they escaped unscathed.

In a passionate radio message, Hamilton demanded clarity from Ferrari regarding Leclerc’s actions, but his pleas went unanswered. The situation escalated when Hamilton found himself under attack from Verstappen, resulting in a desperate moment where Hamilton cut the second chicane. This tactical error cost him dearly, as he was subsequently hit with the 10-second penalty, effectively derailing his hopes for a podium finish.

“I’m disappointed with those in charge,” Hamilton declared after the race, pointing to what he perceives as a blatant double standard in the enforcement of rules. “There are two weights and two measures at play. Things didn’t go as I had hoped. I made a good start, but everything changed due to decisions outside my control, and from that moment, it was impossible to recover the race.”

Hamilton continued, acknowledging that the medium tires did not suit the track conditions, impacting his overall performance. “In the final phase, we lacked the pace we needed. Overall, though, we had a good car all weekend, and I’m grateful for the progress we’ve made as a team.”

Looking ahead, Hamilton expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming Brazilian Grand Prix, stating, “It’s one of my favorite races, and it will be special to compete there for the first time in red.” With emotions still running high, Hamilton’s remarks highlight not just his personal frustrations but also raise critical questions about the governance of the sport as fans and pundits alike await the FIA’s next move.

Stay tuned as the drama unfolds in the world of Formula 1!
