VW will present a new variant of the Golf GTI later this month, and the brand’s CEO, Thomas Schäfer, has already confirmed that the presentation will take place on May 31st.
In a social media post, Schäfer shows the new variant of the Golf at the Nurburgring circuit, before the debut, in a small pixelated video that doesn’t reveal many details of the new “hot hatch.”
At a time when VW is celebrating the 50 years of the Golf, everything points to this new variant of the Golf GTI being a Clubsport 50 or Edition 50 model. We just have to wait until May 31st to get to know in detail the new version of the Golf GTI.
