Get Ready for the Thrill: The 12 Hours of Sebring Returns!

Racing enthusiasts, brace yourselves! After a thrilling showdown at the Rolex 24 Hours in Daytona, the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship is set to ignite the legendary Sebring International Raceway in Florida for the highly anticipated 12 Hours of Sebring. This marquee event promises to deliver adrenaline-pumping action as teams gear up to battle it out for victory.

The competition is fierce, and the stakes have never been higher. In a stunning display of skill and strategy, the powerhouse team from Penske triumphed in Daytona, with drivers Julien Andlauer, Laurin Heinrich, and Felipe Nasr steering the #7 Porsche to a dazzling victory over the formidable #31 Whelen Cadillac team. Notably, the class wins were claimed by the #04 Crowdstrike Oreca in LMP2, the #1 Paul Miller Racing BMW in GTD Pro, and the #57 Winward Racing Mercedes in GTD. With the Porsche Penske squad also emerging as last year’s Sebring champions, fans can expect nothing less than a breathtaking performance as they vie for another win.

The Sebring 12 Hours is the second leg of the 2026 IMSA season, and it forms a crucial part of the prestigious Endurance Cup, featuring an impressive lineup of 55 cars across various classes. Enthusiasts can look forward to a jam-packed schedule that kicks off with practice sessions before the main event. Get ready for the following action:

– March 19, Thursday: – 10:05 AM – 11:35 AM EST: Sebring 12 Hours practice (All classes) – 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM EST: Bronze drivers practice – 4:15 PM – 5:45 PM EST: Sebring 12 Hours practice (All classes) – 7:45 PM – 9:15 PM EST: Sebring 12 Hours practice (All classes)

– March 20, Friday: – 11:25 AM – 11:40 AM EST: GTD qualifying – 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM EST: GTD Pro qualifying – 12:05 PM – 12:20 PM EST: LMP2 qualifying – 12:25 PM – 12:40 PM EST: GTP qualifying – 10:10 AM – 10:10 PM EST: The grand 74th running of the 12 Hours of Sebring

And that’s not all! The excitement doesn’t stop there, with additional races scheduled throughout the weekend, including the Mustang Challenge and Porsche Carrera Cup events.

Notably, several IndyCar stars will add to the excitement, including Scott Dixon in the #60 Meyer Shank Acura, Alex Palou in the #93 Meyer Shank Acura, and Kyle Kirkwood in the #14 Vasser Sullivan Lexus.
