Hollywood A-lister Brad Pitt was not the only superstar shining at the premiere of the new F1 movie as Mercedes F1 sensation George Russell stole the spotlight in a surprise appearance. The red carpet event in Times Square was a star-studded affair, with celebs and F1 drivers coming together to celebrate the upcoming release.

Pitt, known for his leading roles on the big screen, graciously shared the attention with George Russell, congratulating him on his recent triumph at the Canadian Grand Prix. The duo even shared a light-hearted moment discussing their matching outfits for the occasion.

In the new F1 movie, Brad Pitt takes on the role of veteran racer Sonny Hayes, leading a stellar cast including Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, and Damson Idris. The film, shot at iconic tracks like Silverstone, has garnered positive reviews from critics, with F1 stars making cameo appearances adding an authentic touch to the thrilling storyline.

Despite the overall positive reception, Williams driver Carlos Sainz remained cautious in his evaluation of the film, hinting at a possible mixed response from the racing community. The absence of defending champion Max Verstappen at the premiere raised eyebrows, as he chose to prioritize family time with his newborn daughter over the glitzy event.

The movie’s unique approach of embedding Hollywood stars within the F1 world has created a buzz in the industry, with Pitt expressing his astonishment at the unprecedented access granted during the production. The movie promises to offer fans a glimpse into the high-octane world of Formula 1, blending fiction with the real-life drama of racing.

As the F1 community eagerly awaits the official release of the movie, the fusion of Hollywood glamour with the adrenaline-fueled action of the racing world sets the stage for a blockbuster hit that is sure to captivate audiences worldwide.
