George Russell pede ‘transparência’ da FIA em relação à queixa de Susie Wolff.

Susie Wolff and Toto Wolff were investigated by the FIA earlier this year due to a conflict of interests. The world of Formula 1 in 2024 has been filled with controversies off the track, instead of on-track actions. One of the latest controversies involves the Sporting Director of the F1 Academy who filed a complaint against the regulatory body. The FIA launched an investigation into Susie Wolff and Mercedes boss Toto Wolff regarding a conflict of interests. Although they were later cleared, a recent complaint by the former director has led to calls for transparency from the FIA. George Russell, among others, has expressed the need for a quick response from the FIA. The reputations of Susie Wolff and Toto Wolff have been tarnished as a result of the FIA investigation, leading to criticism from various sports personalities demanding transparency. Russell, in particular, has called for the FIA to be more transparent in the face of ongoing controversies. However, Russell also has other concerns at Mercedes, as the team has yet to fully unleash the maximum performance of their car, the W15. With only two rounds completed in the 2024 F1 season, Russell believes Mercedes still has work to do to fully optimize their challenger. The F1 circus is currently in Melbourne for the Australian Grand Prix, and although Mercedes has had a good start in practice, qualifying will be crucial in the event due to the nature of the Albert Park circuit.
