Now you can take a ride on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife circuit in Germany, sitting in the right seat, without the need to drive your car on the German track.
Genesis has announced the launch of the “Track Taxi Nordschleife” program, which offers rides along the 20.8 km German circuit, which features 73 curves and is known as the “Green Hell”, with experienced drivers at the wheel.
The premium brand of Hyundai has chosen the G70 for this service, which has undergone some modifications and features an orange body color inspired by Magma, with black graphics. In addition, the brand has improved the suspension and shock absorbers of the G70 in collaboration with the Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center.
To avoid brake overheating issues on the track, Genesis engineers have added new air intakes and thermal shields to the transmission oil cooling lines. Additionally, the G70 is equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Mechanically, the Genesis model chosen for this new service has not undergone any changes, as it is equipped with a 3.3-liter turbocharged T-GDi engine that offers 373 hp of power and 510 Nm of maximum torque.
As for prices, a ride with an experienced driver on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife track costs €120 for one person, €140 for two people, and €160 for three passengers. Please note that the service is only available on weekends starting from July 6, and reservations can be made on the Genesis “Track Taxi Nordschleife” website.
