Volvo, a brand globally recognized for its active contribution to increasing safety in automobiles, participated in the design of an infrastructure that required a total investment of around 247 million euros. The project has also resulted in five new records already registered in the Guinness – largest safety center (81,930 m2), largest indoor crash test track (293.93 m), largest wind tunnel with 100% variable weather conditions (28,536.224 m2), and also, the largest number of possible tests (27). The center also has tools for testing in areas such as cybersecurity and data protection.
