The reigning champion Red Bull officially presented for the 2024 Formula 1 season. It is the team’s 20th anniversary in the premier category, under the motto of the new campaign “Forever Rebl”.
The changes in the livery are minimal, but the same cannot be said for the car. Despite its predecessor dominating in 2023, the RB20 adopts several innovations, including some similarities with concepts that Mercedes abandoned in the development of its W14 last year – namely in the “sidepods” and the hood.
Nevertheless, Red Bull describes the new car as ‘simply an evolution’ of the previous one. The three-time world champion Max Verstappen and the vice-champion Sergio Pérez will be the drivers, forming a duo since 2021.
