Fuel prices will rise again next week.

The price of fuel will reinforce the upward trend that has been recorded in the last two weeks next week.

Therefore, and according to the calculations of “ECO”, next Monday, July 1st, simple diesel, the most consumed fuel in Portugal, should increase by 1 cent per liter, to an average price of €1.595. The price of simple 95 gasoline should increase by 1.5 cents per liter, to €1.741 per liter.

These prices already take into account the discounts applied by the gas stations and the revision of temporary fiscal measures to help mitigate the increase in fuel prices. The tax reduction determined by the currently effective measures is 25 cents per liter of diesel and 26 cents per liter of gasoline.
