The next Monday, December 25th, is expected to bring an increase in fuel prices, which, if confirmed, reverses the downward trend recorded in the last eight consecutive weeks.

According to market sources, regular 95 gasoline is expected to increase by 2 cents per liter, to an average price of €1.647, in the early hours of next Monday, Christmas day, while regular diesel is expected to rise by 3.5 cents to €1.587 per liter.

It should be noted that these prices already take into account the discounts applied by the oil companies and the maintenance of temporary tax measures to help mitigate the increase in fuel prices.
