Testing the car next week will be cheaper only for diesel models, the most used fuel in Portugal.
According to calculations by ” ECO “, the price of simple diesel should drop next Monday, April 22, by 2.5 cents per liter, to an average price of €1.607. On the other hand, simple 95 gasoline is expected to increase by 1 cent per liter, to €1.820 per liter.
According to the specialized publication in economic matters, these prices already take into account the discounts applied by the fuel companies and the review of temporary tax measures to help mitigate the rise in fuel prices. The tax reduction determined by the measures currently in force is 25 cents per liter of diesel and 26 cents per liter of gasoline.
Despite the expected drop in the price of simple diesel next week, it is worth remembering that in the ending week, simple diesel saw an increase of 1.2 cents per liter, while simple 95 gasoline remained unchanged.
