Renowned Formula 1 figure, Fred Vasseur, under fire as speculations of team departure loom large. The seasoned ex-Ferrari driver, Rene Arnoux, voices his concerns, boldly stating that “something is missing” within the ranks of the iconic Italian team. Amidst swirling rumors of Vasseur’s potential exit, the Ferrari team principal vehemently denies any such claims, setting the record straight on the situation.

Despite their valiant efforts, Ferrari has had a lackluster season, failing to secure a single victory in 2025. Shockingly, the Scuderia finds themselves competing for second place in the constructors’ standings, a testament to their resilience despite the glaring absence of a race win. Star driver Charles Leclerc has managed to clinch a spot on the podium thrice this season, salvaging some pride for the struggling team.

Arnoux, in a candid interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, expressed his reservations about Ferrari’s performance, stating, “I always felt that something is missing.” He delves into the technical intricacies of Formula 1, highlighting the paramount importance of finding the right setup promptly. In the high-stakes world of F1, any delay in achieving the optimal configuration can spell disaster for the entire race weekend, a predicament Ferrari seems all too familiar with this season.

As the pressure mounts on Fred Vasseur and Ferrari, the eyes of the racing world remain fixated on the team’s next move. Will Vasseur weather the storm and lead Ferrari to redemption, or is the writing on the wall for a tumultuous departure? Only time will tell as the drama unfolds in the fast-paced realm of Formula 1.
