BYD vai construir fábrica de veículos elétricos na Turquia

A BYD, a leading global manufacturer of new energy vehicles, made a substantial leap in the Fortune Global 500 list, revealed on August 5, standing out as the automotive brand with the highest growth.

Compared to 2023, the brand rose from the 212th position to the 143rd, marking the third consecutive year that BYD appears on the list of the world’s largest companies ranked by revenue.

It is worth remembering that in 2023, BYD achieved unprecedented success, with an annual revenue of 602.32 billion yuan (about €76.8 billion), representing a 42% increase compared to the previous year. The company

set a new record with over 3 million new energy vehicles sold last year, entering the top 10 of the world’s best-selling automotive brands.

This year, BYD has accelerated its global expansion. Since July, sales in international markets have exceeded 233,000 units, a value that almost matches last year’s total sales in these markets.
