Ex-piloto de Fórmula 1 critica brutalmente Logan Sargeant por desempenho abaixo do esperado em 2024.

Max Verstappen and Logan Sargeant (Via: Imago), the Williams team driver, has been struggling to meet expectations since he joined the highest level of motorsport. He had a tough year in 2023 and is currently facing similar challenges.

A former Formula 1 driver has been paying attention to Logan Sargeant’s difficulties and expressed a strong opinion about him. To further emphasize his comments, he even mentioned the current world champion.

Hill made it clear that Sargeant is not on the same level as Verstappen and needs to focus on improving his fundamentals.

Sargeant has shown no sign of improvement in the ongoing campaign, which is now in its fourth stage. He has not been feeling comfortable behind the wheel of the FW46 and will need to deliver decent results going forward.

While Damon Hill has been critical of the Williams driver, Sargeant’s future is uncertain. With 20 stages remaining in the ongoing campaign, his main focus should be to perform well in these races.

Hill understands the challenging situation Sargeant is currently facing and advises him to fully focus on his driving.

Considering that Logan Sargeant is only 23 years old, he has the potential for a long career in Formula 1. However, his future will be in jeopardy if he fails to improve in the upcoming races. Williams does not expect him to consistently outperform his teammate, but they want him to deliver performances equivalent to the Thai-British driver.
