Primeiro Bentley 100% elétrico chega em 2026

Bentley Motors announced today that its first 100% electric model will be revealed in 2026, a luxury urban SUV that, according to the Crewe brand, “promises to create a completely new segment”.

This model, designed, developed, and produced at the British brand’s headquarters, will be the first in a new range of plug-in hybrid or 100% electric models that will be launched annually over the next decade, reinforcing Bentley’s strategy to become a 100% electric brand.

The confirmation of the arrival of Bentley’s first fully electric model was made during an online presentation, where the new president and CEO of the brand, Frank-Steffen Walliser, updated the press on the strategic plan Beyond100, which will now be referred to as Beyond100+, aimed at addressing the slowdown in car sales growth, which led the British brand to postpone its transition to a 100% electric range from 2030 to 2035.

Without going into details about the new model arriving in 2026, Frank-Steffen Walliser hinted that the brand’s first 100% electric model “will be a completely new model”, a slightly more compact SUV than the current models. The company also confirmed that the fully electric urban SUV will be less than 5 meters long, offering greater visibility and versatility than the Bentayga, and will have the important mission of attracting new customers to the brand.
