Lamborghini took advantage of its presence at Art Basel Miami Beach, USA, to showcase the latest work from its customization division, Ad Personam, the Urus SE, featuring a design that the brand claims is inspired by the “vibrant lifestyle of Miami and its diversity”.
The exclusive design of this Urus features a paint job that Lamborghini revealed required an additional 230 hours of painting and testing compared to the normal industrial process.
The unique exterior of this Urus SE showcases highlights in Blu Glauco, which contrast with a combination of gray and black, creating a paint job that pays tribute to the blend of culture, style, and artistic talent of the American city.
The front lip in Nero Noctis is accented by bright Blu Glauco details, while the mirror covers feature a combination of Grigio Telesto with a Glauco blue stripe, adding a touch of elegance. The generous diffuser in Nero Noctis also includes Blu Glauco details.
The luxurious interior stands out with leather upholstery featuring red stitching, exclusive protective plates, and a polished carbon fiber detail with the inscription “MIAMI” placed on the dashboard, celebrating the presence at Art Basel Miami Beach.
“With this authentic work of art, we created the most sophisticated paint job ever seen on the Urus, to inspire our customers with graphics that highlight the exceptional proportions and iconic design of this SUV. We reproduced our perfect vision of the vibrant lifestyle of Miami and its diversity”, said Mitja Borkert, Design Director of Automobili Lamborghini.
Remember that the Urus SE is the most powerful and high-performance version of the brand’s Super SUV from Sant’Agata Bolognese. It is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine combined with a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, installed in the new 8-speed automatic transmission, contributing to a total power of 800 hp at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 950 Nm available from 1750 rpm up to 5750 rpm.
Thus, the Urus SE is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in only 11.2 seconds, and has a top speed of 312 km/h.
“We are always excited to bring true innovation and art to Miami, especially during this time when the city is filled with creatives, designers, and inspiring artists”, said Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.
