FIA Formula 3 revela calendário para 2025 com 10 etapas.

Laurens van Hoepen, from the Netherlands, competes for ART Grand Prix in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. On March 23, 2024, he took part in the Sprint Race held in Melbourne, Australia.

The FIA Formula 3 World Championship announced its schedule for the 2025 season on Wednesday. The upcoming season will consist of 10 rounds, with the same venues as in 2024. However, the order of races has been adjusted to align with the Formula 1 calendar, which is supported by F3.

The season will kick off with the Australian round at Albert Park in Melbourne from March 14 to 16. Approximately a month later, the second round will take place in Bahrain from April 11 to 13. F3 will then head to Europe for a triple-header, starting with Imola from May 16 to 18, followed by Monaco from May 22 to 25, and concluding with Barcelona from May 30 to June 1.

After a four-week break, F3 will resume with back-to-back races at the Red Bull Ring from June 27 to 29, and at Silverstone from July 4 to 6. There will be another break in action lasting three weeks, before a double-header at Spa-Francorchamps from July 25 to 27, and at the Hungaroring from August 1 to 3.

The F3 season will come to a close at Monza from September 5 to 7, following tradition. The 2025 championship will feature 10 teams and 30 drivers, who will compete in a total of 20 races across three continents.

The approved calendar for the seventh season of the FIA Formula 3 Championship in 2025 showcases the exciting race schedule that lies ahead.

I am very happy to announce that Formula 3 will have ten rounds and 20 races in 2025,” said Bruno Michel, CEO of the FIA Formula 3. He expressed his satisfaction with the current season and anticipated another year of exciting races. The future calendar will feature the same tracks as in 2024, allowing young drivers to showcase their skills in front of the F1 and F2 paddocks on three different continents.

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, expressed his excitement about the action-packed races that Formula 3 provided fans this year. He emphasized the importance of the series in developing future talent and acknowledged the skill and intensity demonstrated by the drivers on the track. Domenicali thanked the FIA, Bruno Michel and his team, as well as the competitors and sponsors for their continuous support.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, President of the FIA, praised Formula 3 for creating an exciting calendar that serves as a platform for young aspiring drivers to reach Formula 1. He highlighted the opportunity for drivers from regional and national series to compete at venues on the Formula 1 World Championship calendar. Sulayem emphasized the FIA’s commitment to promoting young talent and expanding their horizons.
