FIA e Fórmula 1 anunciam calendário do Campeonato Mundial de 2025.

Report in progress…

Press release:

The 2025 schedule features 24 races and will start in Australia on March 16 and end in Abu Dhabi on December 7. The month of March 2025 will coincide with Ramadan, so the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Grand Prixs will take place in April.

The adjustments made to the schedule in 2024 to create a more logical sequence of races have been maintained in 2025. After Australia and China, Japan will follow in April, followed mainly by European races during the summer and the Americas in the fall. The season will be concluded with consecutive races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, President of the FIA, stated: “The schedule for the FIA Formula 1 World Championship 2025, which was approved by the World Motor Sport Council, demonstrates our collective commitment to achieving sustainability goals through the regionalization of events. While our focus remains on the overall stability of Formula 1, we also have a shared responsibility with the environment and the well-being of our travel team.

“Under the guidance of Stefano Domenicali, Formula One Management has created a schedule that balances traditional circuits and modern venues. We extend our gratitude to the host ASNs, local organizers, and the countless FIA volunteers for their tireless efforts in making Formula 1 a truly global and widely watched spectacle, as we prepare to celebrate the sport’s 75th year.”

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, commented: “2025 will mark the special occasion of the 75th anniversary of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, and it is the legacy and experience of the sport that allow us to present such a strong schedule. Once again, we will visit 24 incredible locations around the world, providing high-level racing, hospitality, and entertainment that will be enjoyed by millions of fans worldwide.

“We are grateful to the FIA, our promoters, host cities, and all related ASNs for their dedication and support in creating this schedule and ensuring another fantastic year for Formula 1. I would also like to acknowledge our F1 teams and drivers, the heroes of our sport, as well as our fans around the world for their unwavering enthusiasm in following Formula 1.”
