Ferrari’s Bahrain Grand Prix Saga Unveiled: Shocking Upgrades and Controversial Strategies Exposed

The latest chapter in Ferrari’s tumultuous season unfolded at the Bahrain Grand Prix, where the Italian team’s upgrades and strategic decisions came under intense scrutiny. Despite showing signs of progress with their new floor upgrade, Ferrari faced a rollercoaster race that left fans and experts alike puzzled.

From the very beginning of the race weekend, it was evident that Ferrari’s upgraded SF-25 was not delivering the expected results. Charles Leclerc’s frustration was palpable as he struggled with the car’s performance, hinting that the team’s underlying issues had not been fully addressed.

In a surprising twist, Ferrari opted for a different tire strategy compared to their rivals, starting both Leclerc and Hamilton on the medium compound. This decision backfired initially, with Leclerc losing positions early on to drivers on softer tires.

As the race progressed, Ferrari found themselves leading briefly after others made pit stops, hinting at a potential one-stop strategy. However, a sudden change in plans saw both drivers switch to medium tires, forcing them into a two-stop strategy and dropping them down the grid.

Despite the setbacks, both Leclerc and Hamilton showcased impressive pace on the medium tires, carving their way through the field. The team’s decision to pit for hard tires during the safety car period further complicated their race, hindering their chances of challenging the frontrunners.

Speculations arose about what could have been if not for the safety car intervention, with Ferrari displaying strong performance in the second stint. While the SF-25 may not have reached its full potential yet, there is a clear sense of progress and a step in the right direction for the team.

The Bahrain Grand Prix served as a stark reminder of Ferrari’s ongoing struggles and the challenges they face in the highly competitive world of Formula 1. As the season unfolds, all eyes will be on the iconic team to see if they can translate potential into podiums and reclaim their former glory on the race track.
