Ferrari is preparing for the market arrival of the successor to the SF90, which is currently known by the name F173M. The Maranello brand, which announced the presentation date of its new model, has now revealed a special “teaser” for its customers through the MyFerrari app.
The brief video does not reveal much, but it leaves some clues suggesting a new configuration of the taillights, with two continuous LED strips extending across the rear. The successor to the SF90 is also expected to feature a redesigned front section with what appear to be vertical LED daytime running lights.
The successor to the SF90 is expected to use the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. This engine, in its current configuration, generates 769 hp and is combined with three electric motors, resulting in a combined power output of 986 hp.
However, some reports suggest that the new model from the Maranello house may feature an enhanced hybrid powertrain, with a combined output of over 1000 hp, which has not yet been confirmed. What we do know is that the presentation of the successor to the SF90 is scheduled for September 9 in Milan, Italy.
