The leader of the pack at Ferrari, Fred Vasseur, is here to stay, putting an end to all the rumors circulating about his potential resignation. In the midst of recent criticisms aimed at the team’s performance, Ferrari’s president, John Elkann, stood firm in his support for Vasseur, emphasizing the significance of stability and trust within the team.

Elkann stressed the importance of continuity and solid internal relationships for long-term success in Formula 1. “We have been working very well with Fred, and when things are going well, it’s crucial to keep it that way,” he stated. “The reality is that based on these years, we all want to build more, and we know that in Formula 1, what we really need is engagement, trust, and making sure time is on our side. The natural evolution of the relationship with Fred has been strong and tangible. It is evident at Ferrari, just by how crucial stability has a significant impact on results. That is truly what we all desire.”

During the Hungarian Grand Prix, Elkann highlighted the need to regroup and energize the team during the summer break. He pointed out that Ferrari’s past success has always stemmed from collective effort, not individual brilliance, and reiterated the team’s commitment to reclaiming victory through unity and collaboration.

It’s a time of perseverance, teamwork, and unwavering determination as they set their sights on victory.
